The World is Clear
"The World is Clear" is a show written by Cole Vaughan (Shenandoah University Musical Theatre BFA '23) about two childhood friends going on a date for the first time. The two talk about the awkwardness of the date as well as the fact that Jaymi is blind and the way their relationship revolves around this.
This was directed by Shelbea Owen (Shenandoah University Musical Theatre
BFA '21) and was a production put on through Shenandoah Conservatory's, Playwrights, program. This was Cydney's second time being involved in an original cast of a new piece. It was an exciting experience to get to work with peers on their new work and they want to continue to pursue the new works journey.
